Coming Together and Sharing Our Journey Through Grief

Loss produces an ache….an emptiness….a sadness. It requires a major adjustment in life, one that most of us would rather avoid. Yet, loss is inevitable and it is in coming together and sharing our own unique journey through grief that the burden becomes lighter and we achieve a better understanding of our own grief.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each week, participants will be invited to read the materials (Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart) and journal in preparation for each session. Our goal is to be a safe place for you to explore your grief and experience with the ten essential touchstones.

We ask that all participants make every effort to attend the 10 sessions in the series. Please let Karen La-Haise (karen@solanapres.org) know of special circumstances (ie travel, etc), which would prevent your participation at select sessions.
